tk75 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tk75 platform, including the website located at tk75.io, all associated mobile interfaces, game lobbies, sports betting services, promotional materials, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tk75 ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or using any feature of tk75 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and tk75.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the tk75 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk75 does not permit any person under 21 years of age to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion register or have previously been self-excluded from the tk75 Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

tk75 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all geographic locations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of features on the tk75 Platform, you must register a Player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the tk75 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses across all accounts.

3.2 KYC Verification

tk75 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal and, in certain circumstances, before allowing deposits above specified thresholds. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• A valid passport or government-issued photo ID
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days)
• Proof of your payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account in your name)

tk75 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days will result in account restriction.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify tk75 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. tk75 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Currency

All transactions on the tk75 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk75 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tk75 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your tk75 wallet in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one (1) business day for bank transfers and card payments, subject to your payment provider's processing times.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that are registered in your own name and that match the identity details held on your tk75 account. tk75 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within the same business day for verified accounts.

tk75 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) the KYC process has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute is pending; or (d) the withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bonus wagering requirements are accounted for.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tk75 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable international standards. Any attempt to use the Platform to launder funds or engage in financial crime will result in immediate account closure, full forfeiture of funds, and mandatory reporting to the relevant financial intelligence authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

tk75 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses awarded on the tk75 Platform:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.
• All Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account. Unused Bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• tk75 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus offer at any time, or to cancel a Bonus that has been credited if there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of any promotional offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to fulfil wagering requirements on games that are excluded from the promotion.

Players who participate in bonus abuse — including but not limited to chip-dumping, arbitrage betting, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will have their accounts suspended and all Bonus-derived winnings forfeited without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tk75 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through regulated live studios operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. tk75 does not control the underlying software of third-party game providers but selects only providers whose games are certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness.

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of the round will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical standards. If a round cannot be completed due to a system error on the tk75 Platform, the stake for that round will be returned to your wallet in full.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international fixtures). tk75 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of match-fixing, data corruption, or human error in odds compilation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not use the tk75 Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or contrary to these Terms. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities — any winnings derived from exploiting a known error are void
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or manipulate the results of any sporting event
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software
• Transmitting any virus, malware, or disruptive code via the Platform
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or tk75 staff members
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited

8 Account Suspension & Closure

tk75 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or account compromise
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Request from a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

You may request the voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting tk75 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

9 Responsible Gaming

tk75 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The Company recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players free of charge via the account settings dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current session and net gaming result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from gaming of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but no deposits or wagering activity are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the tk75 Platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months and may be extended indefinitely upon request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk75 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (the "Content"), is the exclusive property of tk75 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Content without the prior written consent of tk75.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

tk75 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

tk75 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with: (a) third-party payment processors strictly for the purpose of processing transactions; (b) KYC verification service providers; (c) game providers to facilitate your access to their games; and (d) regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk75, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

tk75's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tk75's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

tk75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the tk75 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which tk75 is registered and operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and tk75, you agree to first contact our support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent tk75 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
